Andiamo! is looking for a post-graduate in applied translation studies or similar to join our busy Project Management team. The role includes preparing projects for translation in Trados, preparing client proposals, checking translations using our QA tools, liaising with our freelance translators and clients and ensuring jobs are sent out and returned within agreed deadlines.

The candidate should be competent and confident in their use of Trados. They should be extremely well organised, able to cope with multitasking and working under pressure and to deadlines. They should have mother tongue level English and will be based at our office in Roundhay.

Full-time role

Andiamo! is looking for a language graduate to join our busy team in Leeds.

The Vendor Controller works closely with our project management team researching, assessing and onboarding new suppliers. This role also supports the sales team with preparation of proposals and analysis of files using translation memory software, training will be provided.

This is an exciting and varied role within the team and is ideal for someone looking to make their first steps in the language services industry.

You should be IT literate, extremely well organised, able to cope with multitasking and working under pressure and to deadlines.
