Translator criteria

In line with ISO17100:2015 all of our translators meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Recognised graduate qualification in translation from an institute of higher education
• Equivalent qualification (degree level) in any other subject (eg engineering, marketing), plus a minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in translation
• At least 5 years’ full-time professional experience in translation

Our specialist translators all provide references, complete a test piece and are regularly assessed to ensure that the quality of our translation service remains at a high level.
